About Shaun
Hi, my name is Shaun Morgan, and I am a full time teacher, financial coach, and host of the Teacher Money Show.
I started out teaching as an intern in Utah, which is a fancy way of saying I got paid half salary as a full time teacher, even when I became credentialed my paycheck didn’t double due to a variety of factors. I felt the pinch of supporting a family on a first year teacher’s salary and even considered leaving the profession. But as I learned about finance I discovered that good money management and the powerful opportunities available to teachers make it not only possible but likely for teachers to be financially successful.
Now my goal is to help teachers reimagine their relationship with money to avoid burnout, improve student outcomes, and create the financial stability that is within their grasp.
When I am not speaking you can find me acting in local theater companies and playing board games with my kids. I look forward to connecting and being a part of your next event so that, together we can thrive without leaving the profession we love.
